1st Robo-call at the Reference Desk
Wow, I don't recall this ever happening: The phone rings at the reference desk. I pick it up. And the recorded message begins, "This is a message from Credit Card Services".
"Credit Card Services"? At the University? I have to admit that it took me a moment to think about this. Then I hanged up.
